Aberdeen’s property arm in The Netherlands has signed an asset and property management contract with HSH Real Estate AG, Hamburg, for 'Boulevard Hoogstad’, a 16,000m² retail centre at the Gerard Burgerlaan in Vlaardingen.

Aberdeen signs asset and property management contract in the Netherlands

Aberdeen’s property arm in The Netherlands has signed an asset and property management contract with HSH Real Estate AG, Hamburg, for 'Boulevard Hoogstad’, a 16,000m² retail centre at the Gerard Burgerlaan in Vlaardingen.

 

The centre, recently purchased by LB Immo Invest GmbH, is let to 12 retailers specialised in home decoration and electronics. The new contract with LB Immo Invest GmbH is effective as of 1 July 2010.
